Playground Pals

For children with active bodies and curious minds

Our Playground Pals group program aims to provide an intensive and supportive opportunity for children to expand their ability to participate in a broader range of social and play opportunities within a ‘school playground’-style setting.

Children will have the opportunity to participate in popular ‘playground games’ to learn the rules of play, practice motor skills, and develop foundational abilities for self-regulation within a small group. Our therapy team will promote learning through fun, engaging activities that allow for natural opportunities within the context of play to support generalisation of emerging skills to the school playground setting.

This program is aimed at Kindergarten/Year 1-level students, although if you feel your older/younger child may benefit from this program, please chat with your therapist.

To reserve your child’s place in our Playground Pals program, please add your details to the sign up form below by Friday 1st September 2023

Group numbers are limited to ensure each child is supported to achieve success within the group setting and is 4.5 hours in total. We aim to keep the consistency for all children within the group and for that reason if you are unable to attend one of the days, you will need to speak with our team directly, before we can confirm your child’s place in the group.
